Thank you for shopping with CHUM. Below is everything you need to know about our domestic shipping process within Aotearoa New Zealand.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate standard shipping across New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): $10 NZD — Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $170 NZD using code FREESHIP170

  • Rural Addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for rural deliveries

We use trusted local couriers such as NZ Post and CourierPost for all shipments.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed after 12pm NZT will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow the link in your shipping confirmation email to track the status of your package.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave the parcel in a safe location or leave a card to arrange redelivery or pickup from a local depot.

How long does order processing take?

We aim to have your order packed and ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, we may also process some orders over the weekend to get them out to you as quickly as possible.

When will my order arrive?

For in-stock items, delivery to urban addresses across New Zealand usually takes 1–3 working days. If you're in a rural area, please allow up to 7 working days.
